P Ř EHLEDOVÉ Č LÁNKY Diosmin/hesperidin – spolupracující tandem nebo je diosmin klí č ový a hesperidin jen neú č innou p ř ím ě sí? | 103 / Vnitř Lék 2020; 66(2): 97–103 / VNITŘNÍ LÉKAŘSTVÍ www.casopisvnitrnilekarstvi.cz Na otázku, zda kombinace diosmin/hesperidinová frakce je účinným tandemem či zda je hesperidin jen neúčinnou příměsí, lze odpovědět jednoznačně. Každý z flavonoidů má svůj farmakodynamický účinek a pouze pro kombinaci obou složek existují doklady o účinku. Jak dokládá též experimentální práce, kombinace jednotlivých složek flavonoidůmá, minimálně na úrovni antiexudativního působení, synergistický účinek (19). Rozhodně tak není možno souhlasit s tvrzením, že jedinou účinnou látkou je diosmin a ostatní flavonoidy jsou jen neúčinnou příměsí. LITERATURA 1. Ligi D, Croce L, Mannello F.
