KAZUISTIKY Překryvný syndrom SLE – ANCA asociovaná vaskulitida | 61 / Vnitř Lék 2021; 67(1): 58–61 / VNITŘNÍ LÉKAŘSTVÍ www.casopisvnitrnilekarstvi.cz Prezentovanou kazuistikou vzácného overlap syndromu SLE/AAV, v tomto případě s dominujícím renálním postižením charakteru rychle progredující glomerulonefritidy, chceme poukázat na složitou dia‑ gnostiku tohoto vzácného překryvného syndromu. První příznaky choroby a výsledky laboratorních vyšetření svědčily spíše pro možnost systémového lupus erytematodes, konkomitantní diagnóza ANCA aso‑ ciované vaskulitidy byla překvapením. Je však nutno vždy na možnost překryvného syndromu myslet, správná diagnostika těchto složitých stavů může ovlivnit léčebný přístup, byť v tomto prezentovaném pří‑ padě se léčba obou stavů v této fázi zásadně neliší.
