Při použití léčiva s vysokou perorální biologickou dostupností u vhodného pacienta je klinicky efektivním, bezpečným a náklady šetřícím postupem. Zlepšuje komfort pacienta, předchází komplikacím z nitrožilní aplikace a umožňuje časnější propuštění do ambulantní péče.
