- Interní oddĕlení NsP Sumperk.
The authors describe a case of Ebstein's anomaly in a 66-year-old woman. The first, and almost only clinical manifestation of the disease was atrial flutter at the age of 56 years with rapid restoration of the sinus rhythm after pharmaceutical treatment. The authors analyze the causes of the favourable development of the disease and draw attention to the possibility of mild forms of Ebstein's anomaly even in advanced age.
