We joined forces

As of 2020, the journals Internal Medicine and Internal Medicine for Practice are merging.
One journal – Internal Medicine – will continue to be published with a completely new concept to meet the demands of readers, not only clinically oriented physicians, but also internists in hospital outpatient clinics and in the field.

Internal Medicine is the official journal of the Czech Internal Medicine Society of the Czech Medical Society of Jan Evangelista Purkyně and the Slovak Internal Medicine Society of the Slovak Medical Association. It is a unique source of postgraduate education for internists of all subspecialties and many general practitioners.

The Journal of Internal Medicine has been published continuously since 1955.
